Tag Sale

My daughter and an "Etsy Friend" are having tag sales on their art and crafts this weekend. Great deals---you don't have to pay for shipping. Plumtreestudio has onsies and T-shirts appliqued. Createbyret has painted bags, plaques, canvases. Be sure to stop by. Click here or go to--

thanks mama! :) by the way - to do links:

when you write the word you want linked, highlight it & select the button that looks like a chain link. you will then be prompted to enter in or copy-paste the website! and then i always do MORE just to make sure people know the link is there - like by changing the color of text, size, making it bold or italicized - or writing something like "click here". :)

Piece of cake! Thanks for the help! I knew it had to be easier than getting into the HTML page.

Between Two Worlds

Most of my life, I've considered it fortunate that I was just ahead of the Baby-boom. Generally, the Baby-boomers were born between 1946 and 1964 after the fathers returned from World War II. It was a huge population explosion that has reverberated through American society.

This blog will be part history, part memories, part reflections of a retired teacher, but active "Senior". I have always felt like I straddled two generations forming a bridge. Sometimes I think like a baby-boomer, but sometimes I'm locked into my parents' Depression era thinking. I'm a dichotomy of two eras. But, I'm always ready to try something new---so here I am dipping my toes in the water of Blogworld.
